in the patf.uspto.gov patent search website (free!), I typed “in/((doug or douglas) and gardner)” in the Patent Published Application database, I got: 20100252993 and 20100207325

in the PAIR portion of the uspto.gov website (for public access to records), it seems that 20100252993 has been finally rejected, and the person prosecuting this application is the inventor himself: Douglas Daniel Gardner of Arlington, VA!

apparently, the Express newspaper page showing the puzzle also gives a website for information to resolve these “logic puzzles”, as well as “books” available on AMAZON.COM!

Comme meme, “CyberChem” est un fusion de “cybernetique” et “chemie”.  Mais il y en a deja une marque commerciale nomme Cyberchem.  Donc il faut ustilise un homonymie: Siberkhem.  Et voila, nous arriverons a Siberkhem.
